Injection-molded granules

In order to achieve 3D heat transfer with high electrical insulation at the same time, the use of injection-molded granulate is suitable. In addition, electrical components can be completely encapsulated with the thermally conductive material through the overmolding process. This cools them and protects them from dust particles and mechanical influences. Due to the fast process time, the granulate is an excellent alternative to conventional potting materials.
